Food and Beverage

For an eight night trip we plan for breakfasts, lunches and 3 dinners on board. There is an open bar on the yacht, and wine is served with on board dinners. The yacht will also be stocked with a variety of juices, soft drinks, liquors, beer, wine and, most importantly, fresh water! There is ample opportunity to visit local dining establishments and bars when we stop at the islands. We’ll dine on shore for 5 of the evenings and have the best lobster on Anegada.

Breakfast is jump up

We’ll put the coffee/tea on, put out cereal, toast, yogurt, some fruit and everyone helps themselves. We’re usually underway to the next island by 9am each morning.

Lunch is a buffet

Sandwich making ingredients are spread out and it’s a make your own lunch with the ability to toast on the outdoor electric grill.

Dinners are three on board

Usually there is:

  • Pasta night with garlic bread and Caesar salad
  • Burgers and salad
  • Captain’s chicken curry, rice and raita
